How to improve powerpoint export

Hello!

I'm exporting 500+ slides to power point, and it's taking more than 2 hours to export. I want to know what is the best way to improve the exporting time.

I'm sending as image all the sheet as image, one by one,

Any ideas ?

Regards

How are you doing the export?  Are you using on demand or running a task?

Running tasks from Nprinting designer seems to run faster than On-Demand.  I see 3 to 1 performance improvement this way.

Are you using filters or current selections?   Filters bring the whole data set across to Nprinting whereas current selections only bring across the reduced selected data set.

I am exporting 60 images to 30 slides and it takes 35 seconds in a task but takes 2 or more minutes using On Demand.

If you have more information to share, I might have a few other ideas

Hope that gets you started.

You can do it by macro also.

It's not just how many images you are exporting but how big the QVW is and how robust it is, are filters being applied and so on.

If you bring charts into Nprinting from a small robust QlikView Dashboard it will take less time then from a great big slow one.
