Hi,
There is a Session Inactive timeout configuration in the Qlik sense QMC virtual proxy settings. When we configure this to 30 minutes in the development environment (with NGINX configurations) the session timeout message window is appearing as per the configured minutes.
But while we configure the same 30 minutes in the production environment (with NGINX configurations) the session timeout message is NOT coming even after an hour. We configured NGINX same in both development and production environment.
The session should get timed out as per the configuration but have no idea what causing the issue.
If you need configurations or screen shots I do provide.
Thanks for the help in advance.

The issue has been solved. The solution for this issue is to upgrade the Qlik server version.
We approached Qlik Support, after looking at the logs from our qlik sense server they said that the session has been kept alive all the time and this has been resolved in latest versions of Qlik server those are 2.0.5/2.0.6.
So after upgrading the Qlik Server to version 2.0.6 the Qlik Sense Hub/dashboard is logging out after elapsing configured amount time.
I am updating since this may be helpful for others who will face this issue.
This issue was discussed Re: Qlik Sense Server: Lost connection prompt message issue
Hi Alexander,
Thanks for replying, I already referred the given link.. after looking at that solution we made configurations in our qliksense server and nginx config but still the issue did not resolve. In my case the issue is reverse from the solution link provided, we are expecting the session time out prompt to occur after a certain time period as configured in qlik server, but it is NOT timed out.
Thanks and Regards,
DurgaDevi
