Difference between Nprinting and QV publisher

Is there any difference between Nprinting and QV publisher as both are used for distributing reports ?

NPrinting allows you to put qlikview data and images into MS Office templates and distribute static reports based on  these to recipients while applying recipient specific filters.

Publisher is used to manage data loads and distribution of QVWs.

The two products are pretty different.
