Stop QlikSense dashboard from timing out

I have a dashboard which updates from our live transaction system every minute "Sales Today" "How much to target" etc.

I want to put it on a big screen in the office so everyone can see it (and interact if necessary).  If nobody interacts with it, the dashboard times out and somebody has to refresh the screen.

Is there a per-app setting  of server-setting to set the app timeout (ideally "never time out")?  The token being used is a full one so there's no issue there.

I believe your dashboard is deployed on server. What is the session inactivity timeout set in QMC? Try updating it.

if you increase the minutes in the inactive time out field , the default log out time can be changed.

Ah, thanks.  I had looked in there but missed the option!

Another question - this is per-server/proxy?  So if a user uses a session token but doesn't log out they will consume many session tokens?
