Need to link qAppId with qDocName or qTitle

Good day everyone.

I have a requirement to link the qAppID (I have in my load) with the qTitle or qDocName which will bring me the user friendly app name.

qAppID looks like 30cab74e-0d53-4b09-ad53-57182dda8cac.

and qDocName is "My Test App".

The ideal scenario is to load some .LOG or other file that lives in the server itself for a Look-up or Mapping instead of using the API.

Does anyone know how can I get this information.
