nPrinting 17 connection with Section Access for QV 12

We are using QV 12 and nPrinting 17. There is no problem to create connection for QV document without Section Access, but each time when I try to do the same for document with Section Access it gives me an "Error Request has been purged due to connection errors". (See attachment)

There is nothing in any 3 Log files.

I've filed the issue to support. Here is their response:

The reported issue ID OP-1603 NP 17 and Section Access has been confirmed by R&D as a bug.
