Display numbers & percentages

I have the following chart...

...and I'd like to be able to include %'s on the 'Target Met' and 'Target Not Met' bars.  I have used the 'dual' expression previously but can't seem to get it to fit this chart.  The expression being used for the 'Target Met' figure is =Count({<TARGET_CODE = {'1'}>}TARGET_CODE) and for the 'Target Not Met' figure, =count({<[TARGET_CODE] = {'2'}>}TARGET_CODE) . The 'Total' is =Count(PRI_DESCRIPTION) .

I have been playing about with this for the past day or two and it is driving me up the wall.  I'm sure you wonderful people will have no problem in assisting with this.

Do you have it in a sample qvw file for us to play around with it as well

On the Chart you could create an additional expression for % and on the Expressions tab untick all the Display Options and then tick either Values on Data Points or Text on Axis as per which looks best for your needs.

Not convinced the Dual() function is a suitable thing to use in this scenario.
