Personal card chart

Hi Guys,

I have small database with personal data people and I need to present it in following format:

Right part : photo and in left part data

Is this possible to create such cart(see below) in qlikview?

You could probably knock something up by overlaying various text objects.  Or maybe take a photo of everybody's ID Card and display the image in a Text Box.

But QlikView is a BI / Data Discovery product and not an ID card displayer, there are probably other products more suited to ID card display.

Actually it is quite easy to do this in QlikView.

Is this possible to change data and photo dynamicly? For example if I chosen another person I want see another photo and information

It is possible to make the reference to a picture on disk or to a URL. You have to select REPRESENTATION to IMAGE and give the path or URL in the Text property of the Text Object. By making an expression in the Text property that refers to a field that contains the path or URL it can be made dynamic.

You can also select whether the images will be loaded into your QlikView QVW-file permanently or if it will only load images on demand when they are referenced - much like web-pages do it. Loading them permanently via INFO BUNDLE LOAD is often not necessary or advisable as it can increase your applications footprint quite a lot if you have many and large images.
