HTML Report differences between desktop (outlook) and phone mail

Hi All,

We're sending out daily mails where HTML is embedded.

Looking at the figures in Outlook have differences with the figures in the exact same mail via a phone?

Anybody an idea? Is it a problem with the cache of the phone?

The results in outlook:

Is this an embedded image or chart/table? We have seen similar with images from different reports entirely displaying in Outlook.

Which values are actually correct and do the incorrect values tie up to any filtered mail being sent to someone else.

Also what version Nprinting are you using

Hi Thomas,

We're using nPrinting 16.3.0.0 (SR3)

It's a set of embedded HTML reports in nPrinting in a mail like this:

The mails are only incorrect for a couple of colleagues on their phone mail.

All mails in outlook are correct.

Funny thing is that these particular colleagues have the correct figures in outlook and the wrong figures on their phone mail.

There are no further filters!

In my previous printscreens is the difference shown and comming from 1 colleague (top printscreen is outlook (and correct) and the bottom one is the phone mail (and wrong)).

My phone for instance shows always the correct figures (up until now )

So, I suspect that it has to do with settings on the phone or the cache or something.

KR,

Paul
