Not yet, if I'm honest. My data's decent but scattered — behaves like a cat sometimes, vanishes and reappears. Starting to learn those surprise gray values in Qlik are the point, not a bug. Still new to this. 🙂

I would trust our data in a high percentage, but we know there is still a lot of areas to improve.

Hopefully, we can reduce the backlog so some of the detected gaps can be included in the upcoming cycles.

Trust in data isn't built at 2 am: it's built long before the crisis happens. If the first reaction is to export data into Excel or validate it through multiple sources, that's often a sign that trust in the data foundation is missing.

Trust, but verify.

I would not act on something like this without first looking into it and confirming it's not noise. Missing an opportunity isn't good, but reacting to wrong information can be worse.

Trust the data at 2 am is often not possible because the data is not up-to-date at this moment. A lot of things and aggregation takes some time. Or overnight the data is processed in a lot of systems.

Because we have been using Qlik for so long now, I am confident in the data that we have available at a moment's notice (as it happens quite often in my industry). However, I am excited to use more Qlik tools to find ways to enhance our data quality even futher.

True AI readiness is not defined by the sophistication of a model, but by the organization’s ability to act on data at any moment, even during high-pressure events at 2:00 AM. When teams stop asking ”Is this data correct?” and start asking ”What action should we take?”, the organization has successfully transitioned from simply having data to having data that works for AI.

AI can provide answers in seconds, but those answers are only as valuable as the data behind them. If your teams feel compelled to manually verify numbers or reach for spreadsheets, the problem is not your AI, it is your data trust. By building a foundation of reliable pipelines, transparent governance, and shared visibility, organizations can transform their data from a source of skepticism into a competitive advantage.
