Resolved Defects

The following Release Notes cover resolved defects for Qlik Cloud. Solved issues and limitations for Qlik Cloud Services are also listed.

QB-17705	Capability API: The openApp method with openWithoutData set to True	The openApp method was not behaving as expected. If openWithoutData set to True, the method now behaves as expected and opens apps without data.
QB-20880	Error when preparing using SQL Server Target with Case Sensitive DB	When preparing a task using SQL Server Target with Case Sensitive DB, an error was displayed: "Could not find stored procedure 'SP_EXECUTESQL'" This has been fixed.
QB-20643	Some data reloads using the jdbc connector were prematurely finished	An incorrect timeout settings caused some data reloads using the jdbc connector to be completed without loading all data.
QB-20534	Visualizations: Bar charts are not working	Bar charts were not rendering due to an infinite update loop. This issue has been fixed.
QB-19916	Occasional missing log history issue resolved	Due to an intermittent communication error, occasionally some history logs were not saved. This left the history tab blank in the customer's view. This issue is now resolved.
QB-18607	Load script generated twice for tables using Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access	There was an issue where connectors using Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access generated Load script twice for the selected tables.
QB-20910	Visualizations: Changed position of selection toolbar in table	We moved the selection toolbar from the top-right corner of the table to the column where the user makes the selections.
QB-18524	Qlik Application Automation: Automation failing when using Webhook upon app reload finish	When running several different automation on the same event (for example, after a reload), a concurrency issue could be seen. Notifications of app changes from different sessions to the same app on the same engine are now correctly handled.
QB-19335	Visualizations: Accessible headings	Sheet title is now marked as Header <h1>, and the title and subtitles of the objects on the sheet are marked as <h2> and <h3>, respectively.
QB-20005	Visualizations: Value labels not visible in Waterfall charts with dark colors	Value labels are now visible if a dark dark color is used in Waterfall charts. When you use a dark color, the value label color will change to make them visible.
QB-20064	Visualizations: Scroll hint indicator incorrectly displayed	Fixed an issue where scrollable charts showed the scroll hint indicator even when further scrolling was not possible.
QB-20590	20 or fewer users are shown when trying to add users starting with the same name to a subscription	When trying to add users to a subscription, 20 or fewer users were shown in the results list when searching for users starting with the same name. This was happening despite there being more than 20 users added to the system whose names started with that sequence of characters. In the worst case scenario, no users were shown in the results for certain search texts, despite users whose names started with that sequence of characters being available in the system. The issue was fixed.
QB-20692	Visualizations: CSS style in theme not working in PDF reports	Fixed an issue where the CSS style was not completely applied in PDF reports in Qlik Cloud.
QB-20783	Buttons with fixed layout	It is now possible to place a space between icon and text in buttons with fixed layout.
QB-20816	Impact analysis link	Impact analysis link was redirected to lineage. This is now fixed.
QB-20866	Bookmark set expressions are not working as expected	Fixed issues with bookmark set expression: - A field without selections that does not match database records does not cause extra commas in the set expression. - The set expression in a field in a bookmark is not limited by 1000 selections in a datamodel field, but by the actual bookmarked selections.
QB-20894	Data Gateway - Direct Access: Error message for invalid connection or SQL not properly reported from Direct Access Gateway	The error is now reporting back to show the root cause of the failure.
QB-20928	Visualizations: Issue with rendering field labels in collapsed Filter panes	For collapsed Filter panes, the breakpoint for hiding the field label (and only showing the selections state indicator) was different in the new Filter pane. It has now been adjusted to better match the old Filter pane's breakpoint. This means that the field name will render in smaller spaces than before, for example, when zooming the browser or making the window smaller.
QB-21015	Variable input extension	Variable input extension was reverted to the previous version to fix unintended changed behavior.
QB-21051	Straight table in alternate state	Straight table, available in the Visualization bundle, is now respecting alternate states when making selections through the listbox in the header.
QB-21109	Visualizations: Thumbnail of sheet was cut off on Sheets menu	Fixed an issue where sheets and bookmarks were not completely visible in the navigation popover viewed from a sheet.
QB-21110	Visualizations: Title and image not properly aligned on sheet	Fixed an issue where the sheet title was styled as header h1 wich changed the the CSS styling. Correct CSS classes have been implemented and the title and image are now aligned as expected.
QB-21364	Data Gateway - Direct Access: Error message for invalid connection or SQL not properly reported from Direct Access Gateway	The error is now reporting back to show the root cause of the failure.
