      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boa Tarde,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Estou precisando de ajuda no assunto de alertas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;poderiam mandar algum exemplo?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poderia ser baseado nessa problemática:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Os chamados dos clientes são registrados, e&amp;nbsp; quando não são resolvidos no mesmo dia entram em estado de Analise/Espera,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e alguns ficam mais de 3 dias nesse estado de espera,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;poderia emitir um alerta avisando que aquela determinada CRC(que possui uma numeração) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;esta a mais de 3 dias em Espera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fiz alguns testes mas não funcionaram, se puderem ajudar fico bastante agradecida!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amanda Aryel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amanda,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uma opção simples seria você criar uma aba na aplicação contendo uma tabela que apresente esses chamados não resolvidos a mais de 3 dias (a aba só fica ativa se houverem chamados com essa característica).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abs,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Felipe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
