what if analysis?

I want to create a what if analysis to find budget variance

eg:

Projection

Load %

I have Projection and I want with in those projection if I Load some amount of % what will happened to budget and if budget is lose

or - figure what is the % of quantity I have to Load. can any one help me on above scenario? Thanks in advance!!

Months	budget	Projection	Loaded
JAN	10000	9000	9020
FEB	50000	45000	44500
MAR	20000	20000	19000
APR	20000	20000	20000
MAY	40000	39500	29500
JUN	30000	28500	18500
JUL	10000	9750	9720
AUG	50000	50000	49000
SEP	30000	30000	30000

lets say I got a table as above and I want to know when the Projection is some value or qty when I increase or decrease Loaded in % I want to know what will happened to Budget is it a lost or profit also if it is a lost how much more I have to load every next month to achieve what was projected

Can you post a print with the table you expect? Do you need to project the differences to the next months?
