      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pessoal estou tendo um erro ao conectar em uma base de dados AWS já efetuamos liberação mas o ero prevalece, o acesso é liberado apenas na rede interna e e como usamos o Qlik Cloud não estou conseguindo a conexão. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Será que alguém ja passou por isso e poderia ajudar?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thiago bom dia, primeiramente muito obrigado pela atenção mas o problema esta ocorrendo no Qlik Cloud Business, ao utilizar a conexão REST ocorre o problema porque nosso server é liberado apenas para rede interna, ou seja aqui da empresa conseguimos acessar perfeitamente, e usando o Sense Desktop conecta perfeitamente porém na Cloud não funciona. Já testamos deixando o acesso livre e funcionou a conexão REST da cloud funcionou porém não podemos deixar livre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Olá Bannet,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O Qlik Cloud como nome já diz fica na internet e qualquer banco de dados que ele precisará conectar, deverá ter liberação em seu firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recomendo que efetue a liberação externa da porta do Banco de Dados Interno somente para os IP´s do Qlik Cloud. Abaixo a lista:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.199.114.237&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.198.15.5&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.199.115.2&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;13.55.8.53&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;13.54.208.146&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;13.54.129.200&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.249.54.151&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.248.202.198&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.249.213.103&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.253.190.0/28 (EU)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;34.201.223.48/28 (US)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;13.210.1.0/28 (APAC)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verifique também suas configurações de NAT caso esteja utilizando.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Essa é a maneira mais prática, visto que atualmente não existe um agente para sincronização de arquivos extraídos do banco para o Qlik Cloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
