      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boa tarde,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;está aparecendo constantemente esse log de erro no windows, referente ao QlikviewServer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Sem título.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="/legacyfs/online/100401_Sem título.png" style="height: 364px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Não é possível localizar a descrição da Identificação de Evento 300 na origem "QlikViewServer". O componente que gera esse evento não está instalado no computador local ou a instalação está danificada. Você pode instalar ou reparar o componente no computador local.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Se o evento foi originado em outro computador, as informações de exibição tiveram que ser salvas com o evento.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;As seguintes informações foram incluídas com o evento: &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;SE_LOG: User - GetStringS: Failed to LookupAccountName. Domain (\\DOMINIO), Name (DOMINIOAD\USUARIO).       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Juliana, veja o Event Log (Geralmente no diretório: &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer)&lt;/SPAN&gt; do QlikView Server, ele vai nos dar mais detalhes do problema.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outra dúvida, qual a versão do QvServer esta utilizando?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Se voce esta utilizando Active Directory eu sugiro que refaca a configuracao do DSC (Directory Service Connector) no QMC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abracos,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cesar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Tente refazer sua conexão com o AD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outra coisa que notei é que seu serviços de qlikview esta sendo suportado por um usuário local SRVQLIKVIEW\QLIKVIEW). O indicado pela Qlik é que o usuário deve ser um usuário de seu domínio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verifiquei no site de suporte da Qlik que isso é um bug e deve ser solucionado na SR13.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Isto acontece quando a conta de serviço é local do servidor e não de dominio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Quando pedi para o pessoal da infra refazer a conexão com o AD, já aproveitamos e colocamos uma conta do domínio, deve ter sido isso que resolveu então!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
