      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prezados,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boa tarde!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alguns usuários aqui na Empresa não estão conseguindo acessar o Qlikview - AccessPoint, apresenta a mensagem "Login Failed", A senha está correta, porem mesmo assim continua o erro. Já apaguei todo o cache do browser, senhas, históricos....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alguém já possou por este problema?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obrigado!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mensagem editada por: Thiago Medeiros&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bom dia Thiago,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Se utilizas usuários locais ou do AD, as configurações do Qlikview Web Server devem ser:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Authentication - Always&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Type - NTLM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login Address - Default login&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Após ajuste, reinicie o QVWS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outra informação importante para teste, tente acessar via RDP o servidor e digitar as credenciais do usuário da mesma forma que fizeste via AccessPoint para validar a forma de acesso, mesmo que acuse erro de privilégios.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deves passar o nome do servidor no momento da autenticação para diferenciação dos usuários como no exemplo:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Servername\username&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recomendo que marque como Authentication=Always para forçar a request de login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
