      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Olá pessoal, bom dia!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tento acessar o servidor remotamente mas quando faço login aparece a mensagem "The RPC Server is unavailable".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O servidor não é administrado pela Locaweb, é pelo cliente, e eles cancelaram a manutenção com a empresa que vendeu o Qlik.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alguma ideia de como resolver isto?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obrigado, abs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Mesmo que a gestão seja sob sua responsabilidade você pode solicitar a Locaweb:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- O reboot do servidor;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Caso persista o problema, tentar solicitar a eles para reiniciar com a última configuração válida;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Se mesmo assim continuar o problema, creio ser mais produtivo um backup das aplicações e reconfigurar o server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Att,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ricardo Gerhard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
