Installing Qliksence desktop

Hi all. I am Viswanathan. New to Qliksence. I am encountering error while trying to install qliksence Desktop.

"Qliksence can't run on Windows 7 RTM with.NET 4.5.2 installed. Install Windows 7 SP1 to run in a supported environment".

Please help me to sort it out guys.

Hi,

Well it is minimum requirements. You have a "released to manufacture" version of windows 7 which as it looks is not supported. Get a Service Pack 1 Installed or update to newer version.

There is nothing we can do about it.

I have not tried installing new OS. After I do install new OS and try working on Qliksence desktop, I will definitely take your advice. I just acknowledged for their response.
