Get started. It's easier than you think

Here's the good news: agentic AI capabilities are already sitting inside Qlik Cloud. Many of our Community members can start extending what you already do with Qlik right now.

A few places to start:

Set up the MCP Server and connect Qlik to the AI tools you already use
Try Qlik Answers and ask a question in natural language
Explore Discovery Agent and let it flag the anomalies you'd otherwise dig for
Check out Data Products for a faster path to reusable, governed data

None of these need a rebuild of your analytics environment. They build on the governed data you've already invested in.

Hi @Jamie_Gregory it's nice

I’ve started exploring Qlik’s Agentic AI capabilities in Qlik Cloud, beginning with Qlik Answers and natural-language Q&A.

The setup was fairly straightforward, and what I found interesting is that I can interact with governed Qlik data using natural-language questions instead of creating a separate visualization for every business question.

My approach is to start small, validate the responses against existing Qlik dashboards, and then gradually explore Discovery Agent, Data Products, and MCP for more advanced use cases.

My main observation so far: Agentic AI becomes much more useful when it is connected to trusted, governed business data rather than being treated as a standalone chatbot.

Looking forward to exploring more real-world use cases with Qlik Agentic AI!
