Maximum execution time of 870 seconds exceeded

Hi Qlik Community,

I have built automations that execute app reloads that generate QVD files. When I run my automation in the editor it completes successfully. However, when it is run via a schedule, it always gives me an error message after 14.5 minutes:

"Maximum execution time of 870 seconds exceeded."

]

I can't find any place to update the timeout for the automation at the root level. Is this possible?

To further assist could you please share the automation json file by right-clicking in a blank space on the automation editor, clicking on download workspace, and failed automation run json file by clicking on the Export this run button on Automations Overview tab?

I have exactly the same problem, and cannot see whare I can set the timeout here...

Hi @chadwatson ,

Are you using a webhook trigger to start the automation? If so, there is a limit on execution time when this is the case.
