Export or Copy App

Hello,

I'm trying to create a full backup of apps from Managed Spaces, so it must include all sheets private or not from all users.

As I understand it :

_Apps from Managed Space must be moved to Private Space before a Copy or Export.

_Export App will move all sheets to private sheets.

_Copy App cannot be done without data.

I have few questions about both options :

First, do Export App or Copy App keep all sheets from all users ?

Then, does the Copy App block wait for the end of the copy before starting the next block ?

Also, in case of Export App block, do you think it's possible to map sheets in a Variable block in Table type (owner and state publish, community, prive) in order to put them back in the correct place and owner ?

Finally, does anyone do a full backup ans how ?
