Many consultants have sent me to this link but there I can only find the Talend Data Fabric which contains: Management Console, Pipelines, Stewarship, Preparation, and Data Inventory but not the Talend Data Catalog. Once a Qlik consultant told me that the TDC was only available in some countries but I have not verified this.
