Reload taking much longer than usual

Hi, the reload task for a document is taking much longer than usual (normally takes 1 hr, now taking around 3.5 hrs)

The amount of data has may have increased slightly but not 3 times.

How can I troubleshoot this?

Is this something that Qlik support can help with?

We are also facing like this reload issue. That time we restart the server the issue will be resolved. I think the reason of this issue is cache increased day by day and they reached the max cache once we restart the server the cache will be decreased.

And try to avoid parallel heavy load like reload time more than 1 hours in QMC.

This is not the exact solution just try this because we done this way...
