Can I load a script automatically when I uploaded files into S3 bucket using Amazon SNS?

I followed this post to connect SNS with Qlik, but I don't know how to receive message from Amazon SNS on Qlik. When I uploaded files, I can not see anything work.
Does anyone do it before? Please share with me every links or steps to do that!

We are currently have some issues with the Amazon SNS connector webhooks that are being actively worked on.

This is the internal ticket: QB-26921 for your reference.
