Qlik Application Automation - Variables

Hi,

I wonder how I create a variable with "Set vProdTest" where the purpose is for the automation to first create a Prod variable where it retrieves data from the Prod stream which then updates the Prod app. Then, I wish I could do the same thing for Test.

Do you have any tips?

Hi @annagustafsson ,

In Qlik Application Automation, you can create variables with the Create Variable and Create Or Update Variable blocks.

It might take some time before new & updated variables are visible in the Qlik Sense UI after you execute these blocks. This is known as session delays and more information on it can be found here: Automation session delays
