USER-BASED SELECTION

I would like to be able to create a single app that reads all the data but make only a part of it visible based on the user accessing the app (getuserattr). Data is scheduling-updated and I wouldn't make several app for each user.

I suggest you to look at this documentation about Section Access:

I believe Section Access will do what you want to do.
