      <title>Automating Qlik access directly from ServiceNow ticketing tool</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We wanted to enquire if It would be possible for having an automation in Qlik sense access with ServiceNow. i.e. we want you to confirm if tools exist which allow us to ensure user requests for Qlik sense access from ticketing tool such as ServiceNow can be implemented automatically.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use case &amp;gt; user raises a Service request in ServiceNow. The SR is programmed to request the below information from user.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. If user needs an analyzer license or a professional one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. What is the AD account of the user&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. User will have an option to select one or multiple streams for which he needs access.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. If user needs access in Prod or test environment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once the user submits the request &amp;amp; a Service request is created, Qlik Sense access is automatically enabled by some tool/script.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help us by confirming if such functionality exists for Qlik Sense.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
