I'm not sure if this will be your use-case, but i think that you should add to your application a table containing the columns employees, your measure and the timestamp. Then eventually filter this object and associate it to an alert within qlik cloud

I am trying to create an alert when an employee meets a threshold - I have a master measure to determine how many incidents they have had once they have reached a set number I want an alert to be sent once an employee has reached this value.

However I only want new records to be sent - any that already exist in the table I do not want to be sent.

I am currently loading the data to create a QVD with a timestamp of the load being included.
