Hello,

Which approach is the best for handle refresh of same app in multiple spaces?

For example I have a turnover app in shared space.

And 3 published copy in different spaces.

Issue is size (time of reloading) about 2-3 minutes each.

Qlik Application Automation is a way to go. Create an automation, in the start block select web hook and run it when the Application reload is finished and make the copy in the space you want.
