Analyzer Capacity Rules tab is missing

We have a customer that has a license that shows they have an Analyzer Capacity license but when we go to set up the Analyzer Capacity rules, that option is not available. I reached out to our sales manager at Qlik who suggested I ask Support.

How can I enter an Analyzer Capacity rule if the option is not there?

Can you confirm the product you are using?

In Qlik Sense SaaS edition, there is no option to set up security rules for capacity licenses. We have the option to use dynamic allocation which takes care of this.

If it's related to Qlik Sense enterprise, we would need to check the license.

The product is Qlik Sense (pretty sure it is enterprise edition). We have asked our license people and they say the license is correct. Please advise.
