Connect to Oracle Cloud DB from Qlik Sense Saas

Hello,

I have a Oracle Cloud DB (Private IP) and I can't access to the DB from Qlik Cloud (EU Region).

Could you kindly confirm that I need a public IP facing the internet for my Oracle DB so that Qlik Sense Cloud can connect?

Should i whitelist the following Qlik Cloud IP addresses?

Underlying IP addresses (EU):

34.247.21.179
52.31.212.214
54.154.95.18

Finally, there is an other way to connect Oracle Cloud DB from my Qlik Sense Saas?

Hello,

Data connection requests are made from DNS name: <tenantname>.<region>.qlikcloud.com. The best way to ensure data connections are successful is to allow all traffic to and from .qlikcoud.com. IP addresses are rotated frequently and may change, therefore adding IP addresses to an allow list cannot guarantee successful data connections.
