Do you have an on-premise instance, like Qlik Sense Desktop where you could try to do the same connection? if so, does it work with Desktop?

It's working with Qlik Sense Enterprise, But not working with SaaS Data Gateway

Hi,

Are you able to access same oracle host from the machine where you have install Qlik data gateway?

also check that are you able to telnet the oracle host machine with port from gateway machine. When I check the snip I found the port mention as 0. Is this correct port for access?
