topic error in backup certifcation in Data Movement & Streaming

I made a backup of the Qlik Sense certificate for the purpose of upgrading, but unfortunately, I made a mistake while following the backup and restoration tutorial. As a result, I accidentally duplicated the certificate on top of itself. Since then, Qlik Sense is not functioning properly. I attempted to resolve the issue by deleting the certificate from both "Current User" and "Local Computer" and then restoring it using "bootstrap -restorehostname," but the problem persists. Is there any solution you could propose? Thank you.
