Qlik Data Transfer setup

i tried to install the Qlik Data Transfer.

Installed and when i try to configure the data transfer, getting error

as "Unable to connect to the tenant." and when i checked the datatransfer log, i found the underlying error as

"Global ERROR Error: Unable to contact Users Service. Underlying Error: write EPROTO 5036:error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure"

Please help out. I need to get my reports up and running

1. Please confirm that all the requirement are met.
2. Confirm the all the steps have been followed in the help link below :
3. ,make the key is properly generated and copied.
