Direct Access Gateway update error (error status code '404' when status code '101' was expected)

I'm having problems updating Qlik Gateway Direct Access, after the update it doesn't work anymore with the following error after starting the service:
The server returned status code '404' when status code '101' was expected.
at System.Net.WebSockets.WebSocketHandle.ConnectAsync(Uri uri, CancellationToken cancellationToken, ClientWebSocketOptions options)
at System.Net.WebSockets.ClientWebSocket.ConnectAsyncCore(Uri uri, CancellationToken cancellationToken)
at QCSConnectionBroker.QCSWebSocketsClient.StartConnectionAsync()

At first it worked, it was installed together with Data Transfer and Qlik on-promise, I even thought there was a conflict, so I installed it on another server, with an updated Windows 2016 OS, same error...

Hello @allan_freire,

Indeed, needs to be installed on a clean server, been installed on a server within Qlik Data Transfer or Qlik Sense client managed is not a supported set up and can lead to issues.

Is there any proxy/firewall that could be impacting the communication between the server and Qlik Cloud?

it was a problem with the tenant... I have done 99% correctly rs,

before
connectoragent qcs set_config --tenant_url asus.us.qlikcloud.com

after
connectoragent qcs set_config --tenant_url asusbr.us.qlikcloud.com
