When I execute it from cmd and from Qlikview application(Reload) it works fine but through QMC portal (UI) same fails.

More specific: is it performed per EXECUTE statement within the script or per macros/actions triggered from the reload?

In this case the specified paths from the batch-file and/or the ones from the copy-targets may not available from the server and/or the services-user hasn't the proper access rights.

Further there is another settings.ini which needs to be enabled to:

AllowExecuteCommand=1

I have enabled this setting already. Moreover I am logged to the server where Qlickview is hosted also I ran that process on server it works but from QMC job it does not.
