Qlik Data Transfer - Uploading the same QVD multiple times

Hi Qlik Experts,

I am new to Qlik SaaS environment. We have an extractor that is scheduled on daily basis. Once the data is stored into a QVD, QDT task is triggered and QVD is transferred to SaaS environment. We have only one store command in the extractor. But QDT task is triggering twice and uploading the same QVD (even same size) twice. We have checked the log file of extractor. We only have one store command in it.

What are the possible reasons behind this issue?
