From the past 2 days Customer's SSIS packages are failing to connect to oracle database.

+ We performed a UDL test using oracle provider for oledb using 32-bit and 64-bit which was successful.

+ When Cx is trying to connect using attunity, they are getting below error.

+Asked Cx to reinstall attunity 4.0 drivers.

+Upon installing attunity 4.0 drivers, creates a new SSIS package and changed the target server version to SQL Server 2016 and found that the oracle source and destination components are not visible in SSIS toolbox.

+So, asked Cx to install attunity 5.0 drivers as well. Then, we were able to see the oracle components in toolbox.

+ Tried to connect to oracle database and again Cx got the same error.

+ Cx is trying to connect to oracle 19c.

+ In Microsoft webpage we found that attunity 4.0 supports oracle 10.x, 11.x,12c

+ Need to know whether attunity 4.0 supports oracle 19c or not.
