Hello everyone,

Recently I completed qlikview developer training and qlikview developer certification. Now I am facing an issue with integration. I've been encountering an issue while trying to connect to a specific data source in Qlik Cloud Data Integration. Whenever I attempt to establish the connection, I receive an error message stating 'Connection failed: Unable to authenticate.' I've double-checked my credentials and ensured that the connection details are correct, but the error persists.

If anyone else experienced a similar issue on troubleshooting steps I can take to resolve this authentication error?

Please guide me in this process. Thanks in advance.

Can we know the exact error and maybe share the screenshot. If it Key string missing, That might be server side issue.
