Upgrade Qlik Sense 2021

Hi Dears,

we're facing an issue with upgrading Qlik Sense 2021,

First, I'm unable to upgrade Qlik sense duo to PostgreSQL 9.6.

I tried to Upgrade the PostgreSQL 9.6 with the current available version in the download section but all of the available versions not compatible with the current PostgreSQL 9.6.

Kindly, any idea how to upgrade the PostgreSQL 9.6 or if you have the download link for the compatible version with 9.6 before I upgrade to the latest.

I believe the recommendation is to upgrade to a to version February 2022 or later in order to use the ´the Qlik Postgres Installer. In addition to what @Vegar said you will be able to go up to Qlik Sense May 2023 without the conversion. But there is a hard stop for version 9.6 from August 2023 and beyond.

Thank you for your support, I tried 2023 version but same issue,

This issue has been resolved by upgrading to Feb 2022 the intial version then to 2024.
