qlik-cli question around import export commands

Hello Everyone,

I am working with the qlik cli, and I have a question.

What is the scenario when we should use "qlik.exe app import" or "export" ? I wasn't able to get that to work exactly but my guess was that it was permissions based.

My guess is that IF I export an app and want to put it back as is, I have to 'qlik.exe app get' and understand who the owner is, then own the app, export it, and put it back to the other owner? If I want to Import I have to import as my user, then publish, and then change the owner back to the original? Anyone have experience with this?
