Spaces not showing on Qlik Cloud when selecting Movement Data Gateway

Hi, I'm setting up a data gateway on my Qlik Cloud, I already downloaded and installed the rpm on the linux server and got the certificate key, but when I try to register the Data Gateway on the Management Console (Management Console->Data gateways->Create) when I select "Data Movement" as my "Gateway Type" it doesn't show the Space that I want the gateway to be associated with (it doesn´t show any of the created spaces), when I select "Direct Access" it shows all my spaces.

I already checked the "Considerations when associating the data gateway with a space" and I own the Data Space, I have Professional entitlement on the users manager and I just need to associate the gateway with a single space.

Could you please let me know if there might be any other reason for this to be happening and if there is a way to solve it?

Hello,

Data movement is for replicate/QCDI.

if you want to set up a data gateway, you have to download and install the gateway on windows server.

Go to QMC > Gateway then deploy :

Your Sky_ONE space must to be a Data Space. Only it can be associated with a Data Movement.

Check the Type of your space and remember that you cannot change it after creation.

Greetings Pedro, I don't have the option to create a Data Space, only Shared or Administered.

You cannot add a Data Space from Analytics Services section, only from Data Integration or Management Console:

1. Goto Qlik Data Integration -> Add New -> Create Space

2. Goto Qlik Management Console -> Spaces -> Create new, then select Data space
