    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Trying to set up a Synapse connection using the Qlik connector from a Qlik Saas environment. But running into error 08S01.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Whitelisted the IP's in the firewalls as per: &lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Introduction/qlik-cloud-dns-ip.htm?_ga=2.12287094.316914027.1719995644-2054057960.1692651391" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Introduction/qlik-cloud-dns-ip.htm?_ga=2.12287094.316914027.1719995644-2054057960.1692651391&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Confirmed that the whitelisting and the settings (server, database, username, password) are working through SSMS&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It appears as if it's a network issue, but we're just getting the above response, and it's not showing up in audit logs in azure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We've run out of things to try, would appreciate any tips on either troubleshooting or fixing the issue if someone has encountered this before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
