API returns CSV file data in 1 single cell

Hello guys, when I'm extracting the data via api it's coming in this way below.

In a single cell it returns the header with all the fields

portal,cnpj_emp,transaction,user

and no other comes the content

123456,123123123123123,456456456,1111111

when there is a value or description field, it puts quotation marks "" looking like this: "30.00"

First of all, I've already put it for Qlik to read with the comma separator, but it can't break the fields.

Here is a print when I select the delimiter and without the delimiter.

Click the autodetect feature.

You may need to try custom delimiter options if the detected values are not working. (also try to contact the data source provider for the correct delimiter values).

Also try with and without CSV has header.

I've already done that and it doesn't return anything.

Only when I put another separator.
