Qlik-SharePoint Web Connector Issue: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send

Hi Folks,

I am getting the error while creating a new connection using "Office 365 SharePoint" connector.

I tried with all the 3 option mentioned in consent level option but getting same error.

Error :: "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."

Steps I followed mentioned below:

1) Put Base URL

2) Provided "Site/SubSite Path".

3) Select Consent level/Prompt. Selected the "select Account".

4) Click on "Authenticate"

5) got the authentication code and put the code into the place to verify.

6) Got the message that status is "Authenticated" but error in getting User Info.

7) After that when I clicked on Test Connection so I got the error and attached the screenshot.

"Failed on Attempt 1 to GET.(The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."

Any suggestion welcome and appreciate your time and effort in advance.

Please reply ASAP.

there are a few things you might need to check.

Confirm you can access SharePoint in a web browser, verify the URL is correctly formatted and accessible, ensure that your system supports modern security protocols, make sure the user account has at least read permissions on the SharePoint site, ensure all software involved (connectors, browsers) is up to date.
