Amazon S3 Connection Issues

Greetings all

i hope someone can help:

i am trying to setup an Amazon S3 Connection from the Qlik Cloud to store csv's from the load script

this was something i successfully did a year or so ago but was super simple at the time with bucket name, access and secret keys-

this time around i am getting the following error and assumed that there is an issue on their side with permissions/security configurations etc-

has anyone encountered this before and have an suggestion that i can send this tech team to

The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception., Message: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

Bucket naming rules

The use of dot (.) in the bucket name makes "The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception" error.

please check if this is related or not
