i have duplicates in job name column,i want to remove duplicates from job name column and want to concatenate reference column based on job name .tell query ?

In SQL Server, you can use STRING_AGG

SELECT
job_name,
STRING_AGG(reference, ', ') AS concatenated_references
FROM
your_table
GROUP BY
job_name;
