data mismatch issue from current month

Hi all,

we have migrated one application from qliksense on premise to qliksense UDP and in qliksense UDP we are facing data issues which is it is showing data till july month when we select august month data is not coming where as in on premise its showing data , for temporary fix we have copied the qvds and ran the application it is fine but after todays ran again august data is not showing. what would be the issue, can anyone help me with this

Where is the data shown?

Do you use any variables?

Is Qlik Sense UDP the same as Qlik Cloud?

Is the application reloading successfully on the UDP environment?

What data is being loaded? Is it from the Monitoring Apps?

I can't fully picture the issue yet. Could you share more information please?

it is same as qlik cloud

application is loading successfully

we are loading data from the qvds

When we are checking those qvds in test app the aug data is coming,but when the qvds are running in the main application aug data is not populating

What does the script look like?

Any statement to reduce the data?

Hi @Luffy20 ,

What is the connection string used on the apps?

If the connection string doesn't specify a space, it might be using different data connections when you move them between spaces.

Check the script and share the connections used here please. The issue might be there.

Also, make sure the prod app is reloaded after you publish the non-prod version on top of it.

The connections used are same and no problem with that

script level all is fine because when we have reloaded the app with copying the qvds manually , we got the data temporary, but when the reload is done again the data is not coming
