Hi Community,

We are considering creating some QVD files for some frequently queried tables to reduce the cost of compute against a cloud database. We want to compare the cost against adding QVD files. Are there any added costs for QVD files and if so what sre those?

Cost of storage? Cost of computation?

I believe once your store your data on the cloud there are no additional cost.

If you are working within Qlik SaaS you can store qvds inside your tenant without costs.
If you store file outside, then you could face storage costs (example: storage accounts in Azure), but no other ones.

Cost of storage. How to calculate the storage cost for QlikCloud. Is there separate costs for tenant storage other than the licensing cost?
