Hi, Farsana.

Good question. Integrating Calendly data into Qlik Cloud is a common for teams that want to track meeting activity, sales pipeline, customer engagement, or resource utilization.

Recommended Integration Approaches:

1. Best & Easiest Option: Calendly API + Qlik Cloud Data Load

Calendly has a well-documented REST API.

You can connect via Qlik Cloud’s Web File / REST Connector or use Qlik Application Automation (no-code).

Key endpoints: /scheduled_events, /event_types, /users, /organizations, etc.

2. Using Qlik Application Automation (Recommended for most PM-led projects)

Create an Automation that pulls Calendly data on schedule.

Use the HTTP Request block to call Calendly API.

Store the data into a QVD or directly into an app.

3. Third-Party Tools (Faster if you want minimal development)

Make.com (formerly Integromat)

Zapier → Qlik Cloud

Census or Airbyte

Useful References:

Official Calendly API Documentation: https://developer.calendly.com/api-docs

Qlik Help – REST Connector: Search “REST” in Qlik Cloud Help

Let me know if this solves the issue.
